Ordering

Customers may shop at their leisure on our site. Orders can be placed on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When the customer has everything in their shopping cart, they will enter any promotional, coupon codes or gift certificate codes and proceed to Checkout.

Relaxed Cottage Living only accepts online orders. Under normal circumstances, orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or Fax.

Orders that are on backorder with the manufacturer or supplier for more than 3 months will be automatically cancelled and Relaxed Cottage Living shall issue a credit to that credit card account in the amount paid.

Registration

Customers may choose to sign in as a registered member of Relaxed Cottage Living or may continue to shop as a guest. Signing in allows the customer to track the progress of their shipment. collect reward points and receive the newsletter. Once logged in, returning customers will have access to their stored information.

Payment

Customers may select their payment method at Check Out. We accept payment through PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Please note that we cannot accept COD orders.

Once the customer has completed the payment process, a confirmation page will summarize the transaction and the customer will receive an email confirming payment.

Our customers' payment information is secure: we utilize SSL Secure Certificates to encrypt all personal data to and from our site.

The billing address provided by the customer must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Online Gift Certificates

Relaxed Cottage Living offers online Gift Certificates for sale. Gift Certificates purchased on our website can only be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded.
