Candle Safety Information

Read these safety guidelines, and follow them when using any of our candle-related products.

Keep out of reach of children, and be aware at all times of the danger posed to children by an open flame.
Do not leave burning candle unattended.
Burn only on heat-resistant surfaces.
Keep candle out of direct drafts.
Do not handle or move holder or candle while candle is burning or while wax is in a liquid state.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting or relighting.
Do not allow wick trimmings or other foreign materials to remain in or on the candle.
Extinguish candle immediately after use and allow to cool completely before touching.
Make sure there is a minimum of 1 1/2 inches between flame and top of container.
