This product should rarely need cleaning, but may be handwashed with a very mild non-chlorine detergent, if necessary. When drying, only products with hanging apparatus (such as hammocks) should be hung, and then only by their hanging apparatus. Otherwise, air dry on a flat surface and flip or rotate as needed to allow the product to fully dry on all sides.

If a string should break, simply tie it firmly. It is recommended that this product be protected from rain, and excessive humidity or direct sunlight. It should not be stored while wet. Any product which is reversible (double-sided) should be flipped regularly.

Slight irregularities are inherent to our handmade products. Minimal size, dye lot, and pattern repeat variations are to be expected from handcrafting. Due to tight packing for shipment, product may be temporarilly misshapen, creased or wrinkled. Starting from the center, work wrinkles out with hands, and allow time. Products are designed to rebound to their intended shape and smoothness.
